Earlier on i left a message on the dA of the person whose gallery contained the misplaced art, to take them down.
She wrote back:
"i did and i had a llllooooooooonnnnnnggggggg talk with my cousin for this what she has done-.- i've change also my password on hi5 so she wont be able to add other people's art on it am really sorry for wht she has done-.- cz i give u my word i would never EVER steal an art work of others!>.<"

Just checked in on the hi5 site again. I'm happy to report that both ~cika and my art work have been removed from her gallery.

So many thanks to ~varnavas who first reported this to me, and those who supported. For those who are still interested, the misplaced art were:
Chain Smokers from ~cika and
Back To Everafter :Coloured: that's in my gallery, lineart by the esteemed =Endling

Not a good day or journal to follow up the happy one... but anyway, thanks to ~varnavas who notified me that Back To Everafter :Coloured: got ripped by someone on hi5 who is on dA

Look here... man when i read her profile i just got more pissed off >_> this hasn't been a very good few days...

I've sent an abuse report but im not too familiar with the site, so if anyone has any ideas i'd be glad for the help
